  • This postgraduate MSc Project Management course will give you a deeper understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects and the ability to develop the essential skills and competencies necessary to plan, monitor, control and deliver successful projects.
  • You'll be able to confidently identify the sources of risk affecting projects and develop risk management strategies to optimise project outcomes.
