The Department of Real Estate (DRE) requires that you have fulfilled your 135 Hours of the Sales Agent Pre-License courses, passed the CA State Exam, and have put in the minimum of 2 years of real estate activities as an active real estate sales agent. With those prerequisites fulfilled, you may now upgrade your sales agent license
The Brokers Pre-License course choices are 45 Hrs. each in duration and any combination of 5 will total 225 hours as required by the Department of Real Estate (DRE).
