The purpose of this program is to provide students with the skills and knowledge to respond in emergency and life-threatening situations in accordance with ARC Guidelines, as well as to provide a first aid response to a casualty.

Entry Requirements:
This course is offered via classroom based training. The total time commitment is 1 day of classroom training and assessment.
Class sessions are planned to ensure that students have a mixture of practical and theoretical components and those classes cater for a wide variety of learning styles. Additionally, workplace practices and environments are simulated and used to conduct skills based assessments in accordance with unit requirements.

If at any time you feel we have not met our obligations as an RTO, you have the right to make a complaint following our Complaints and Appeals Policy outlined further on in this Handbook.

This course is designed for participants requiring qualifications as Safety Observers for live low voltage switchboard work to comply with Australian Standards AS/NZS 4836:2011 and Electrical Safety Regulation: 2013 in regards to Safety Observers.
Provide First Aid course is offered by Hope Training College of Australia. Hope Training College is delivering quality training since 2014. First few years, we worked under a partnership arrangement with another RTO.
First response to fire course is designed to cover the control of a fire emergency, general fire safety and the use of fire fighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire hoses and fire blankets.
It is also designed to provide individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
