We specialise working in partnership with industry to support their organisation’s training staff to develop their skills and knowledge, thus ensuring business growth in training skills and knowledge is integrated within the business operations.
LP provides holistic training and assessment programs with formal learning pathways that assist participant and their workplaces, to set their learning goals and desired outcomes. We promote a range of alternative pathways for learning participants and workplaces, providing reasonable adjustment and contextualisation to meet the workplace as well and the individual learning participant’s needs. Our flexible learning options allows learning participants to learn when, where and how best suits their workplace needs, in partnership with the workplace training teams to ensure realistic training and assessment outcomes that are beneficial to both learning participants and workplace.
To achieve this, LP recognises a participant’s informal learning, which is probably the most common form of professional development, but often goes unrecognised and is generally not measured.
Our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process involves taking advantage of the professional development opportunities within the workplace, allowing the participant via flexible assessment methods, utilising workplace evidence that meets qualification requirements and providing training to meet the “Gaps” in skills and knowledge as required.
Our learning participants are able to practices a variety of learning approaches in their workplace, customised to meet their professional development needs, completing practical assessments in the workplace to ensure that the outcomes sought are achieved and the professional development initiatives have been successful for the workplace.
