When we least expect it, we may be faced with managing a crisis situation that requires very special skills. How you interact with members of the media during this time of crisis is crucial.
A Certificate in Public Relations is a 15-credit program that gives working professionals the skills they need to help their organizations communicate and engage with important stakeholders, internal and external.
Through this program, students learn how to prepare, write, present and create publicity materials that can be distributed via media outlets.
The goal of this course is to develop the creative skills to manage strategies of communication and public relations.
