Who is this course for?
?Our small group courses are designed for people who need extra support in managing anxiety and building confidence when talking to an audience. Our participants are likely to be more fearful of public speaking than the average person. They are motivated to learn how to manage their fear and become more comfortable with public speaking so that they can start taking career and other opportunities.
Being terrified of public speaking can be crippling. It causes stress and anxiety and avoidance behaviour. Learning to manage this fear can open new opportunities in your professional and private life. Fortunately, this is relatively easy if you have the right support. While panic is distressing we are not trying to eliminate your fear. Nervousness is normal and natural and can even help you perform better if it does not overwhelm you.
Fear-less offers classes in central Auckland with a small group of people who feel the same way as you. You will learn to speak in front of an audience gradually, at your own pace. While we recommend that you take a course, Fear-less offers one-on-one coaching for people who have an urgent need or require specific support on some aspect of public speaking.
All aspects of public speaking from how to write and deliver a dynamic speech to managing your fear of public speaking. See our testimonials to see how tuition has improved the lives of clients.
Our highly popular flagship programme covers all the fundamentals of delivering compelling and persuasive presentations, updates, stand-ups and briefings.
A strength in Public Speaking is one of the best gifts we can give our children. Oral language skills are taught at school, but few schools teach children the skills to speak in public with impact.Â
We create a supportive environment for developing your speaking skills. Our programme is interactive and run in a safe small group setting. You will be able to improve through non-threatening feedback.
This course covers preparation, content and delivery of many types of speaking. There will be many opportunities to practise speaking in a supportive environment, and you will receive constructive feedback to improve your speaking step-by-step.
