Welcome to Your Optimum Life, I am Caroline Butcher Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy, Master Practitioner in Time-Line Therapy®, and Coaching for personal and business.

My passion is to see your potential increase from our sessions together.  I set up Your Optimum Life based on the latest techniques, which are powerful and life changing. I also wanted to support those who don’t want to go through the traditional counselling route.

I have been coaching as part of my previous role as Human Resources Director for 13 years and developed my NLP skills from Practitioner to Master to Certified Trainer.
