QLD White Card

Complete our QLD White Card course from home via Zoom or in person at one of our QLD training locations. The QLD White Card course is a mandatory requirement for anyone who wants to work in the construction industry.

This course focuses on how to keep yourself and others safe when working on a construction site. Blue Dog Training’s QLD White Card course enables learners to complete training online via zoom or face-to-face to receive a QLD White Card in an engaging environment.

The QLD White Card course is conducted by qualified trainers who deliver all the information required to prepare learners for work on site.

National Recognised Unit of Competency: CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card)

Course Content:

The topics covered include:

• Health and safety legislative requirements for construction work

• Construction hazards and risk control measures

• Health and safety communication and reporting processes

• Incident and emergency response

• Selection and fitting of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

While working through the above topics you will be required to complete assessments to demonstrate an understanding of the material. The types of assessments are outlined below.

• Theory Questions

• Verbal Questions

• Practical Assessment (Proper fitting of personal protective equipment)

Card Issued:

Blue Dog Training will issue a Queensland White Card after the successful completion of the course.

Requirements:

To complete your White Card you must:

• have 3 Forms of Identification

• have a basic understanding of the English language

• Create a USI before attending a White Card course

• meet the age requirements of your state of residence
