Quality Control & Root Cause Analysis

At least 90% of all quality problems can be solved at the operating levels.  Some quality control (QC) tools enable personnel to identify problems as they arise and timeously propose corrective actions. 

A root cause analysis (RCA) must be performed for intricate problems that have already affected output to identify the underlying causes and prevent recurrence.

Why Should an Individual Attend?
