Sustained Systems & Support Services (S4) group of companies was founded in 1992 and was registered as Statistical Quality Management Institute (SQMI) for training and consultancy related services. 

We are black businessmen and professionals from the ISO Certification & Training Industry, who have more than 30 years of intellectual capital and experiences in Organizational Development, Information Technology, Human Resource Development, Quality Assurance System Development (ISO 9001:2015 QMS), Environmental Management Implementation (ISO 14001 EMS) Occupational Health & Safety, SHEQ and ISO Auditing.

Until 1998, S4 Consulting had a strong focus on Quality Assurance System Development and skills training and has since expanded and now consists of four sub-divisions within its group of companies.
