Quality Management and Internal Auditing

This two-day course offers a comprehensive journey into the world of ISO standards and Internal Auditing. It is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to establish and enhance a Quality Management System within your organisation, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and fostering continuous improvement.

Please note: This course is delivered through the Enterprising Ashfield project, which is funded by the Government's Towns Fund. Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is pleased to offer free (fully funded) places on this course to support individuals and employees of businesses that are based in the towns of Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield.

What you’ll study

• You will explore the basics of ISO 9001 standards, the purpose and implementation of a Quality Management System, Risk-Based Thinking, Organisational Structure, KPIs and their impact, the PDCA cycle, and strategies for Internal Auditing.

During this course, you will:
