Real estate property management is the fastest-growing segment of Today's real estate marketplace as more and more people are displaced from their homes through foreclosure and need to find shelter in a rental.
Our real estate certificate program in partnership with the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate for those who want to expand and gain essential skills in financing, developing, managing, and selling commercial real estate projects.
This course examines residential, commercial, industrial, and special-purpose real estate investments using various data sets and analysis techniques that are fundamental to analyzing real estate investments.
All candidates are required to complete 72 hours of online or classroom approved pre-licensing broker education. Real estate broker license courses can be completed online with a state-approved school.
The state exam is where all your knowledge is tested. While the courses are designed to cover the state licensing requirements and beyond, the licensing exam is geared to truly challenge test-takers, leaving even the most diligent students confused why they did not pass the first try.
