4R Real Estate School offers the Pre-License, Post-License, the Broker's Course, the Broker-in Charge Course and continue education courses. Charlotte Greganti and Sherry Kueffler are the instructors, each having over 20 years in real estate and both active in the real estate market.
Only the 90-Hour Pre-License course is available on-line. Our philosophy is you learn much more by attending in-person classes and we believe this is what sets us apart from the others. We're all about you learning, not just taking a course.
We offer the 90-Hour Pre-License course on-line and Correspondence Course. The only difference is for the correspondence course, we mail you study material rather that doing the course on-line. Both are self-study with 6 months to complete and an instructor is available to tutor you.
