Whether your hotel, lodge or guesthouse is in Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Free State, North-West, Kwazulu Natal, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zambia, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Ghana, Nigeria, Qatar or Dubai, we will send out facilitator(s) to train your front office staff onsite.

Our front desk training is customized to suit your hotel requirements, allowing groups of 8 – 15 to be trained over 3 days or even up to 5 days, depending on your requirements.
