This important course is designed to help you understand the requirement for accurate recording, reporting, and data compliance in your workplace. The session will cover the following areas:
To understand : what, why, when, where, who and how to report and record information efficiently
To have an awareness of legislation governing documentation and confidentiality (UK GDPR)
To explain the benefits of accurate record keeping and demonstrate good practice
To understand the implications and consequences of incomplete and incorrect recording/reporting
There will be plenty of opportunity to participate in breakout exercises throughout the course which are designed to assist knowledge, understanding, and application of skills through, for example, the completion of an incident form.
On successful completion of the course you will receive an Orchard Trust Training certificate of attendance.
