Swedish (basic) massage course. With the Swedish massage course you’ll learn the foundation of massage, which oils to use, plus the different Swedish techniques, which are effleurage, petrissage, tapotement and vibration.
Techniques relating to body scrubs, wraps and the use of heat, cold and water therapy treatments together with business management skills necessary to manage in a spa environment. This module consists of both theoretical and practical classes.
You will be taught how to perform various kinds of massages such as Holistic, Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Indian head Massage.
