Lauren offers certification courses in Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3 and Master-Teacher. Classes can be scheduled upon request. Please click on the Reiki Courses tab to learn more about the details of each Reiki course and prerequisites.

Lauren's journey as a Reiki practitioner began in Kyoto, Japan in 2007, where she studied with Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei, the founder of Komyo Reiki Kai. Lauren completed Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3 in the Komyo Reiki Kai tradition while living in Japan.
In 2008, she completed her Master-Teacher certification in Usui Reiki with Orion Healing Center in Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand. Since then, Lauren has taught Reiki courses in Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and the United Arab Emirates. She has taught Reiki courses in both English and Spanish. ​
