DurationReiki Levels I & II are offered together on selected Weekends. In this two day beginner class, you’ll learn a trauma informed approach to Reiki Healing. This approach nurtures a sense of safety and empowerment to help you build a strong personal practice.
This course will also provide you with a sense of confidence to assist others with Reiki Healing.After taking Levels I and II, you will receive ongoing support for your Reiki practice. See upcoming class dates below.
In Reiki Level I, you’ll learn all about Reiki, its history and how it works.Students will learn how to perform Reiki on themselves, and others, using a trauma-informed approach, and learn methods for enhancing intuition, and protecting and cleansing their energy.
Students also learn how to perform a chair session for a quick offering to others. Guided practice time is included to help students gain confidence with their new skills. The class includes a manual and certificate upon completion.
