Reiki Class Beginner Level

Hello! My name is Liz, and I’m glad you’ve visited my page! Like me, you’ve been called to Reiki for a reason.Since childhood, I’ve felt things intensly. A happy vibe from individuals or crowds would lift me up, but a sad vibe would put me in a funk for days.

Angry energy had the ability to paralyze me with fear, and helplessness.Throughout my life, I’ve used my sensitivity to help others heal their pain because I was blessed with the gift of love. I always felt happy when I could help another.

In this lifetime, I have experienced loss, autoimmune illnesses, an eating disorder, addiction, anxiety and depression, and feelings of inadequacy and anger at the world.

I couldn’t understand the reasons why I attracted so much pain and sorrow. I often asked God: “Why me?!”Now instead of asking “why me?” Reiki energy has me asking “what is it teaching me?”

Also, Reiki has filled me with feelings of love and gratitude, and confidence that I can tackle any challenges, one day at a time.
