Reiki Levels I & II are offered together on selected Weekends. In this two day beginner class, you’ll learn a trauma informed approach to Reiki Healing. This approach nurtures a sense of safety and empowerment to help you build a strong personal practice.
This course will also provide you with a sense of confidence to assist others with Reiki Healing.After taking Levels I and II, you will receive ongoing support for your Reiki practice. See upcoming class dates below.
In Reiki Level I, you’ll learn all about Reiki, its history and how it works.Students will learn how to perform Reiki on themselves, and others, using a trauma-informed approach, and learn methods for enhancing intuition, and protecting and cleansing their energy.
Students also learn how to perform a chair session for a quick offering to others. Guided practice time is included to help students gain confidence with their new skills. The class includes a manual and certificate upon completion.

I couldn’t understand the reasons why I attracted so much pain and sorrow. I often asked God: “Why me?!”Now instead of asking “why me?” Reiki energy has me asking “what is it teaching me?”
Also, Reiki has filled me with feelings of love and gratitude, and confidence that I can tackle any challenges, one day at a time.
In our anxiety workshop, clients will learn about the different types of anxiety and how to manage symptoms, including panic attacks, obsessive-thinking, and phobias.
Through Reiki training, you can unlock a deeper understanding of your own energy body while gaining the skills to heal anxiety, physical pain, and foster a stronger bond with your pets.
