Steve is a Master practitioner of Mikau Usui Reiki, the most common form of Reiki in the West, and he offers Reiki treatments in the suite in Southampton, which you do not need to have experienced, but it is recommended so you are aware of the power and concept of Reiki before committing to this training.
Level 1 - For beginners, we begin with personal transmission of Reiki through your own body during a 6 hour course where you are attuned symbolically to receive Reiki without a Master Practitioner. This enables you to self-practice Reiki.
