Reiki (Level 1)

This class will be informative yet simple and relaxing, no pressure. This is a beginner’s workshop, no experience is necessary.You will learn what Reiki is and the history of this ancient healing art.

You will learn how to tap into your own innate healing energy, so you can use your own natural healing gifts as a base.

I will share the Reiki level one attunement with you and I will teach you a Reiki self-treatment practice so you can learn to care for yourself (Yes, the healer definitely needs healing too! :).

I will also share a few extra little tricks that will make it much easier for you to incorporate a little more self-love into your everyday life.You will learn how to give friends and family a Reiki treatment.

You will learn how to prepare for a session, proper hand positions and technique and posture so you feel comfortable giving Reiki. Practice time will be included so you have the opportunity to experience giving and receiving Reiki with fellow students.

Reiki will help you and those you treat feel more balanced and healthy on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level!You will receive your Reiki Level One certificate at the end of class!
