Reiki (Level 1)

In Reiki 1 you will learn:

• The Human Energy System

• The origin and history of Reiki

• What Reiki is and how it works

• The path from Level 1 to Reiki Master

• Areas to apply your Reiki practice in your life

• The hand positions for Reiki and how to treat yourself and others to the beautiful Reiki Energy

Also

• This class will include class participation. We will be giving and receiving Reiki Treatments to each other.

• You will receive the Reiki Attunements for level one and become attuned to the Reiki energy

• Group Meditation

• Included in the price: Reiki Level 1 manual and a class certificate.

• Remember to bring a lunch. (Due to all the dietary restrictions and preferences of students, we no longer provide lunch)

• Refreshments and light snacks will be served.
