We are living in extraordinary times right now. With the spread of Covid-19, life is far from what it was. The demands of the modern working environment can be challenging at the best of times, but uncertainty and the pressures and stress of day to day life, the ability to be resilient and to bounce back is more important than ever.
Being able to manage your energy and emotional state in these difficult times increases your ability to respond to stressors and handle relationships more effectively. Recognising your own thought patterns and maintaining control helps direct focus and performance.
