People Plus Consulting Limited (PPCL) is a privately owned and operated company based in Halifax that is specialized in delivering career and employment-related services to underemployed and unemployed job seekers, employers, and service providers. PPCL was established in 1991 by Judy Mackay and Charlotte Hatfield with the mission to support clients in identifying and meeting their employment objectives. In 2001, with funding from the Province of Nova Scotia’s Department of Labour and Advanced Education, we formed an employment service centre called Job Junction Nova Scotia Works.
Job Junction Nova Scotia Works is part of a province-wide network of employment centres open to anyone and everyone who is looking for information about employment. We support job seekers, employers, and service providers by providing a customized and holistic approach to identifying and meeting their employment objectives.
