What you’ll learn:
Customer profile of business, Business vision, objectives and branding. Principles of operating commercially, Marketing, Sales and Promotion, Products and Services, Brand Reputation, Merchandising, Stock Rotation and demand.
Entry Requirements:
Employment within a retail business. Min of grade 3 for GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
Duration & Level:
This Apprenticeship will take approximately 15 months to complete.

You will achieve a Retailer Apprenticeship Standard (Level 2 Retail Apprenticeship).
