Central Training Group’s Retail apprenticeships are tailored to you, to ensure you get the best possible start in your career.

Our Retail apprenticeships are available from level 2 to level 3 and are all delivered in your workplace, meaning you can continue to progress and learn, throughout your career path, in a way that works for you.

This level 2 retail apprenticeship includes knowing your customer profile, interacting with customers, dealing with payments, helping customers to choose products and maintaining stock levels. You’ll learn about complying with legal requirements and understanding consumer law.

What you’ll learn:

• Customer profile of business, Business vision, objectives and branding. Principles of operating commercially, Marketing, Sales and Promotion, Products and Services, Brand Reputation, Merchandising, Stock Rotation and demand.

Entry Requirements:

Employment within a retail business. Min of grade 3 for GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.

Duration & Level:

• This Apprenticeship will take approximately 15 months to complete.

Qualifications Gained:

• You will achieve a Retailer Apprenticeship Standard (Level 2 Retail Apprenticeship).
