Through interaction with the School's state-of-the-art Retail Innovation Lab, students will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about managing all levels of a retail operation using the latest technologies. The practical experience will serve as a complement to the study of consumer behaviour, experiential marketing, omni channel retailing, pricing analytics, efficacy of different payment systems, and global value chain management.
With courses in areas like retail innovation, marketing research, e-business, operations and supply chain analysis, and consumer behaviour, you’ll develop a sound understanding of the principles and methods of retail management from market research and strategy to distribution and sales.
