Revised Train-the-Trainer Programs

In an effort to continue to support our members as effectively as possibly, we have recently revised our approach to some of our Train-the-Trainer Programs.

Our Train-the-Trainer Programs are intended to support member organizations to set up their own internal training programs for certain health and safety topics, when it makes sense and organizations have the internal resources and people to do so.

Three courses that have changed recently:

• Our Adult Learning Theory course has been extended from a half-day course to a full-day course to appropriately and effectively train participants on how to deliver adult workplace training.
• Our Forklift Train-the-Trainer course has been revised from three days to one day and focuses specifically on the forklift training and technical information participants need to know.
• Our Crane Train-the-Trainer course has also been revised from three days to one day, for the same reason.
