Following his time at Falck, he accepted an offer at McDermott International as their QHSES Training Manager for America, Europe, and Africa.
There he received invaluable experience on many of the difficulties faced by the industry when it came to meeting training requirements, as well as the frustration of working with the available training providers during that time.
What came next was a vision of what a training provider could be, what it should be. With a solid foundation already set, all stop! Survival & Safety Training was born.

Adam Lee has a passion for authentic training, which sparked the concept for ALL STOP! Survival & Safety Training and ALL STOP! Online.
Adams’ story involves endeavors of high integrity. Serving in the US Army’s elite 2nd Ranger Battalion and later as a firefighter, imbued him with a disciplined mindset that he brings into every organization he’s been involved in. It’s this experience and mindset that is instilled in the realistic training that prepares all our students for the inherently dangerous situations they could face on the job.
Adam joined Falck Alford in 2010 as a part-time Instructor. In very short order was promoted to the nationwide Operations Director for Falck Safety Services, USA. His time spent there is remembered fondly, yet also revealed many opportunities he felt were absent within the realm of training providers.
