Who can enrol in this qualification
Be at least 15 Years Old
Have basic levels of language, literacy and numeracy skills
Be physically fit enough to move light equipment and perform construction duties.
Suitability Requirements
A Pre-training review is conducted prior to enrolment in order to determine if the program and industry is appropriate and required language, literacy, numeracy and oral communication skills.

Construction Induction training (also known as White Card or Red Card training) is the mandatory work health and safety training required prior to undertaking construction work.
This unit covers the entering and working in confined spaces. It includes planning and preparing for entry of confined spaces; entry and working in confined spaces, exiting confined spaces and cleaning up.
The work required in this unit relates to the National Standard for High-Risk Work but this unit does not provide the licence. Licensing‚ legislative, regulatory or certification requirements that may apply to this unit can vary between states, territories and industry sectors
