Working in conjunction with our clients, we determine the conditions for the scope of work of the up-coming project. We carefully plan for this job and ensure we are selecting the right people every time.
We assess their personality and ability to work under pressure, their psychical fitness, ability to take ownership & responsibility of assigned tasks and their experience with ISH24 in the past.
Once we are satisfied they understand the importance of the job and their role within the scope of works, we then assign them to the tasks.

ISH24 are specialists in confined space & high risk workplace safety management. Since January 1, 2018 ISH24 have successfully managed over 5,800 confined spaces and over 59,300 confined space entries.
The program utilises Electronic Gas Detectors (Microclip X3 Multi Gas Detectors) to identify toxins or low oxygenated environments.
This unit of competency covers the skills and knowledge required to operate and maintain breathing apparatus and equipment in an irrespirable atmosphere, as defined by the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1715:2009 Selection, use and maintenance of respiratory protective equipment.
This course provides all the necessary skills and knowledge required to safely operate a boom-type Elevating platform EWP ticket where the boom’s length is 11 meters or more, following all relevant legislative requirements.
Confined Space Rescue course is offered by Safety Training Professionals.
This course is for those who perform work at height and require the essential skills and understanding of the safety systems including fall protection and associated equipment necessary to undertake the work safely and ensure quality work outcomes.
