This course focuses on the fundamentals of identifying the right techniques to use when facing multilevel risks (operational, managerial and policy-related) within an organisation. Risks arise from the uncertainties that surrounds any activity, whether due to human conduct, machine or the environment.

The Risk Assessment Methodology is designed to facilitate the learning of core risk assessment concepts, where participants will be guided on the selection and application of various techniques that can be used to help improve the way uncertainties and risks are assessed and understood.
