The course will develop an understanding of the definitions of key terms of operational risk management, and the focus is to explore the different stages of the risk management process in banking and financial institutions. The aim is to create awareness among the staff on their role in fulfilling their duties in achieving the business objectives. 

This course aims to deliver the fundamental of Risk Management being a systematic core-built function for banking and financial institutions. This training provides a general overview of all main aspects of Risk Management and Operational Risk Management.
