Risk Management Training

This hazard and risk training course is ideal for managers, supervisors, and anyone who has the responsibility of risk management in the workplace.

Under the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, any company with more than 5 employees must have a written hazard analysis and risk assessment documentation.

This hazard and risk analysis training course for employees is classroom based with a mix of trainer presentations and individual exercises to be completed by the course participants.

After completion of this course, participants will be able to understand and write up a risk assessment that will ensure health and safety in the workplace.

• Collective and individual measures of safety – are they enough?.
• Procedures to follow when writing up your risk management system.
• How to write up a method statement based on the findings of your risk assessment.
• Safe system of works and method statements outlined per regulations
• Practical participation in writing up a risk assessment and documenting the evidence in accordance with the current legislation.
