Training is a supremely important issue that demands an unparalleled response from all sectors of society, worldwide. Progress cannot be achieved without training. Success on a project can only be achieved:

• If the labour force, community and management is educated, trained and developed and

• If skills are transferred through professional Training Providers.

H.T.E offers all these requirements in a professional way by involving all stakeholders. This was the main reason for the establishment in 1994 of the Accredited Provider HTE.
