Robotic Process Automation, or RPA in short, is an application guided by structured inputs and business logic. One of the critical purposes of RPA is to automate and enhance the entire business process of an organisation.

In this training, you will first discover the critical difference between process automation and robotic process automation. In process automation, you must provide the computing/automating system input to execute a job/function. On the other hand, RPA is a fully automated process where it ensures zero human interaction.

In the RPA, the system itself mimics the action of a user at the user interface level. In this training, you will also explore that an effectively developed RPA requires integrating AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) capabilities to work on high-volume data and accomplish repetitive tasks.

Progressively, you will learn how the RPA works with the help of a rich analytical suite to manage and monitor automated functions from a central console. You can enrich your knowledge and skills on RPA by attending training/courses on RPA.

Prerequisites

  • Formally, no prerequisites are mentioned to attend this training

  • It is recommended that you are familiar with at least one high-level programming language

  • Fundamental knowledge of AI and ML would be considered as an added advantage

  • You can get the most out of this course if you have prior experience of working on process automating or related tasks

What will you gain after this course

  • RPA tools are code free, and therefore you can enjoy the process of deploying Scriptless automation

  • IT professionals with minimum programming knowledge can also develop RPA applications with the use of GUI (Graphical User Interface)

  • Using the RPA tools, you can configure and customise the encryption capabilities to keep the application protected against any interruption or network security breach.

  • RPA systems can deploy bots on servers to access data for accomplishing repetitive tasks

  • You can manually stop one or more malfunctioned processes of an RPA system and allow other functions to interact dynamically, which is another key feature of RPA.

  • It is now possible to cut the operational cost and reduce the operational risk by deploying a well-designed RPA system.

  • RPA offers services to processes with a high probability of human errors, and thus, you can enhance and optimise the accuracy and privacy of critical business processes by deploying RPA

  • Another significance of RPA is to ensure the scalability of automated processes.
