The robotics programme consists of four stages and is aimed at teaching students how to design, build, and program robots using various technologies.
Students learn the basics of robotics and programming in the first stage, design and build more complex robots in the second stage, and learn advanced programming techniques, such as computer vision and artificial intelligence, in the third stage.
In the final stage, students work on independent projects and also have the opportunity to participate in robotics competitions. The programme develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, as well as an understanding of robotics and its applications in real-world settings.
Stage 1:
Recommended age: 4 years old & above
The stage 1 of Lego Robotics lesson would typically introduce the students to the basics of robotics and programming, using Lego bricks and motors to build simple machines and systems. This stage would focus on helping students understand the fundamental principles of robotics, such as how robots can be programmed to follow sequences of instructions, respond to sensors, and interact with their environment.

A comprehensive enrichment centre, we specialise in nurturing individuals to welcome the new future. Intellects under our care can find their niche in the world of Robotics & Coding. They can unleash inner creativity under the exclusive courses we offer.
School of Robotics (SOR) was established in 2013 to bring the arts and sciences of Robotics and programming to all innovators, creators and dreamers.
At School of Robotics (SOR), we believe in educating learners to be ready for the 21st century through integrating traditional teaching with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) pedagogy with focus on process-based learning.
School of Robotics (SOR) seeks out every opportunities for all our learners to participate in local and international competitions –First LEGO® League (FLL), FLL Junior (FLL Jr.), National Robotics Competition (NRC) and World Robot Olympiad (WRO)– to provide experiential and collaborative learning experiences for our learners.
As a continuation from the introduction workshop ‘Learn To Code Using Python - Level 1', students will improve their Python knowledge to build applications with object-oriented classes & DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) functions.
Students learn to code and advance through the different levels whilst having fun, creating animation, building games and ultimately, conceiving and crafting tools to solve real-world problems.
This is an introductory program designed for participants who would like to explore more about Robotic Program in a fun environment packed with hands-on activities. All students are welcome to join us! ?
One of the most effective way to introduce programming to your child is through robotics. Programming is complex, but robotics demystifies abstract key concepts allowing children to understand and develop computational thinking skills.
Understand the concept of spreadsheets and demonstrate the ability to use a spreadsheet application. Our core commitment lies in providing excellent training to unlock our learners’ vast potential, ensuring personal and professional growth.
