The Roller Operations Skill Set provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely operate a roller while working in a range of diverse working environments, including the civil construction industry.
This course includes planning and preparing; conducting machine pre-operational checks; selecting, removing and fitting attachments; operation including compacting materials to pattern and density, sealing and finishing, relocating the machine; and carrying out operator maintenance and clean up.
Upon successful completion of this training you will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment for the following unit of competency:
