Level 1 is the starter course for trainee technicians, and is suitable for those starting a career in rope access or re-doing the course following the expiration of their certification.An IRATA Rope Access Level 1 technician can perform a limited range of rope access tasks.

Identification
You must bring along some form of photographic ID. Please note this should be government issued e.g. Driver’s license or passport.
Fitness
Candidates must be physically fit and able to carry out the rope access manoeuvres as stated in the programme syllabus you will be required to sign on arrival a “Statement of Medical Condition"
