Module 1 – Supervisor's Role:
Will aid your supervisors in defining their responsibilities as safety leaders within your company. Your supervisors need to be confident in their knowledge of the company’s safety program.
Module 2 – Training:
Focuses on the supervisor’s responsibilities to provide their workers with competent training. The material is designed to help your supervisors understand what a proper training system should accomplish.
Module 3 – Inspections:
Teaches supervisors how to do site inspections which is a key tool in identifying hazards before they cause injuries or property damage.
Module 4 – Investigations:
This module will instruct your supervisors on when to perform investigations and the proper steps to follow while conducting an investigation. The module will give the supervisor the skills they will need to gather information, interview witnesses, and prepare a final report.
