Safety Representatives

This one-day course provides an understanding of the roles of representatives and of safety committees. This course will help employers to fulfil their legal requirements to consult with employees on health and safety matters, as well as creating a positive safety culture to improve performance, raise standards and create a safer and healthier workforce.

The course is suitable for new and existing trade union representatives, safety committee members, and is particularly popular with public sector workers.

There is no formal assessment for this safety reps' course, but delegates completing it successfully will receive a RoSPA certificate of training.
