But How Did It All Begin?
Well, as mentioned, we were founded back in 2015 by our CEO, Chris Aldridge, shortly joined by COO, Nick Fisher in the same year.
Bringing together Chris and Nick’s breadth of Salesforce knowledge and experience meant this initial two-man band were able to become a registered partner in 2015 and take on their first employee the following year.
Things only grew from there, with Silver Softworks’ 100th project successfully delivered in 2018 and their 500th project in 2023!
Remote working became a huge talking point of the 2019 pandemic, and as attitudes towards work/life balance began to shift, we responded! And Silver Softworks has been a fully remote organisation since 2020.
Of course, Summit (Platinum) partnership status was on the horizon and after working through the Salesforce four-tier system, we were able to achieve this top partner status in late 2022 – one of the smallest partners to do so.
As the company grew, so did its ambition and reach. Our first work in the nonprofit arena came about in 2019 and it’s not slowed down since!
Our team has many years of business and Salesforce experience working for some of the UK’s most recognisable brand names and this year marks the appointment of our 30th team member, with growth and accomplishment set to continue.
Customers can get help and support from the SalesForce platform’s Service Cloud. This helps to retain customers while also increasing their satisfaction and trust.
