This exam prep tool is designed for those folks who purchased a course from another school and now find themselves in need of additional training to pass the Florida sales associate pre-licensing exam. Don’t worry – Moseley is here to the rescue.

Qualifies student for New York State Real Estate License. Student must pass this class, take the NY State test and pass it, and find a NY State Licensed broker to apply for the state license. Course fee does NOT include the textbook. Student can miss only 4 hours of class and still pass the course.
