Save a Life

This course is a great introduction to basic first aid skills. This course primarily focuses on learning high quality CPR skills and gives you a basic understanding of first aid. This course may not meet Worksafe compliance, we recommend checking the new guidelines provided by WorkSafe New Zealand

What this course covers:

• Primary assessment.

• Stable side positioning.

• Scene management of emergency situations.

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – adult, child and infant.

• Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

• Foreign body airway obstruction (choking) – adult, child and infant.

• Control of life threatening bleeding.
