Purpose of this course is to provide scaffold erectors/users both novice and experienced erectors with the regulations, safety guidelines and procedures needed to recognize and eliminate hazards at the jobsite.
Learners who achieve the course objectives will, upon completion, be able to identify various scaffolds and components, understand legislative and SABS standards, apply scaffold safety and determine the stores required, foundation preparation and inspections on components before erection.
