Our programs are broken into two distinctive categories: Hard Skills, and Soft Skills. The purpose of this training is to improve the employability of workers in Ontario, and to open up the vast opportunities to those workers who take a proactive approach to career management.
Types of equipment that are used to lift people include Aerial Lifts, Genie Booms, and Scissor Lifts. These machines are used in a variety of applications, such as: window installation, window washing, maintenance in warehouses and industrial shops, sign installation and more.
Course length is usually 4 to 12 hours depending on the course.
The course includes classroom theory training, hands on inspections of different types of equipment and participants are encouraged to bring their personal fall arrest systems for through inspection and personalized fitting.
Confined space training is MANDATORY for anyone who may enter a confined space, or who may be involved in a confined space entry.
