Scrum Master Course Introduction

Scrum Master is the most important role in Scrum methodology. He/she is the master of scrums. Let's first try to understand the scrum methodology. In this methodology, the product owner sends service requests to the development team, which is led by a Scrum Master.

The Scrum Master then breaks it down to smaller pieces called sprints. Sprints are made up of reiterative and collaborative development and testing processes based in a fast-paced environment. The sprints result in a more efficient product lifecycle.
