Scrum Master Training Course

Our Scrum Master training provides the practical experience and the theory required to become an effective Scrum Master or Scrum Developer.

We can take into account your team's existing experience levels, the types of product you're developing, and your critical timescales and put together a customised Scrum course which meets your needs.

You and your team will learn how to employ Scrum to increase value, improve productivity, and optimise the total cost of ownership of software products.

This course can also help you prepare to take Scrum Master accreditation / certification exams such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).

Who should attend

Our Scrum Master training course is aimed at soon-to-be Scrum Masters, or Scrum Masters with little or no formal training who wish to ensure they're adhering to Scrum Best Practices and gain more experience using Scrum.

This training course is also applicable to anyone else whose role involves supporting a Scrum development team.

Pre-requisites

Prior to the Scrum Master course we recommend that delegates read and digest the Scrum Guide.
