Dudman Academy of Performing Arts & Fitness serves Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas.
A centre of excellence and family run school that provides a friendly learning environment and the highest standard of teaching with our wonderful teaching faculty.

Our students aged from 2.5 years - 18 years can enjoy many different genres of dance and the performing arts.

These include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, Classical Sequence, Musical Theatre, Drama, Hip Hop, Cheerdance, Acro, Commercial, and Singing.

We also have a range of Adult Fitness classes from Cardio Latin, Ballroom, Adult Latin, and of course Private lessons.

Wedding dances, Group flash mobs and Children's dance birthday parties are also available and very sucessful at our Fenham studios.

We encourage all of our students to be creative, and individual, whilst working well as a team,maintaining styles and sense of performance and establishing a good technique.

All of our classes are held in our very own fully equipped dance studios, complete with a sprung floor, ballet barres, and mirrors.

Our studios are conveniently located in Fenham, just outside of Newcastle City Centre.

Additionally to our Dance studios we also run our very own Singing Academy.

Private lessons for students wishing to study singing to a high standard. Our Singing Academy is available for any student wishing to join us, they do not have to attend the Dance school to attend Singing lessons.

Many of our Vocal students have gone on to Top Vocational schools, and universities throughout the country, others have gone on to successful singing careers.

We offer weekly classes for all age groups, we encourage all students to take part in exam sessions with the UKA Dance Association, we take great pride in our 100% exam pass rate.

All our teachers are fully qualified and have professional experience within the industry. We have a wonderful experienced teaching faculty and can guarantee a high standard of teaching in all subjects.
