Looking for the best mommy and me classes? Our mommy and me activities are perfect for ages 4 and up; and can include moms, dads, daughters, sons or any family who wants to learn to sew as a group. Mom and kid classes include all supplies and each participant leaves with a finished sewn project!
Our mother daughter classes take place in our sewing studio located on 84th Street on Upper East Side in the Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattan. Our family sewing lessons will teach you and your ‘lil ones how to thread and use a sewing machine (on our machines or bring your own) with a dedicated instructor in a private classroom.

This is a New Owners Class for SINGER Sewing Machines
This is an afternoon class for the child ten and up. The student will learn how to operate a sewing machine, read a pattern and construct simple garments. Students progress at their own speed and proudly wear home their creations.
Comfortable summer halter dress with an opening at the front neck. The halter meets and ties at the back. You will learn to sew easy seams and simple machine hems. Can be worn belted or not. Belt is part of the pattern.
Some people refer to these bags as Box Bags, others call them Toiletry Bags. We think they're plain old useful bags for so many things that they shouldn't be labeled at all. You'll learn how to insert a zipper (YAY!) and square off ends!
