Have you been intimidated by the idea of using a sewing machine? You're not alone. Let us demystify these awesome power tools for you and you can tackle anything! 

You will learn the following: 

• A quick safety lesson 

• The "anatomy" of a sewing machine and its useful parts Sewing basics: pins, needles, thread, cutting tools, the importance of pressing/ironing

• How to thread sewing machine 

• How to wind a bobbin and load it 

• How to change stitch length, stitch width, and stitch style, and when to use them 

• How to sew straight stitches 

• How to gauge seam allowance 

• Hacks to make your time at the sewing machine easy 

• Price of class includes fabric for your creation, thread and tools available in studio for your use.
