Classes are divided into three age groups:
I have over forty five years of sewing experience and I'm focused on just one thing – providing quality workmanship. I enjoy sewing garments for a variety of client needs. I only use organic, natural and sustainable fabrics.
Our fabric selection is huge. Synthetic fabric used in disposable fashion is not my thing. Beautiful natural fiber is! At Silver Needle & Thread, we can handle all your sewing customization needs.
Are you interested in learning more about the sewing machine? Sign up for a private lesson at the Ciao Bella Sewing Studio. Private lessons are $70 for one hour at the Ciao Bella Sewing Studio. Email, [email protected] to schedule private lessons.
Private lessons are 1-on-1 with the Instructor and give lots of personal attention. The classroom may have more than one private lesson {with another instructor} going on at the same time. Please let us know if you would like the classroom entirely to yourself.
Picture Smocking course is offered by Buttons and Bow.
This class is perfect for complete beginners & people who have sewn in the past but need a refresher without committing to a 6 week class. You will learn how to competently use a sewing machine and complete a tote bag.
Join us in our Open Studio for a sewing workshop where you will craft your own laptop sleeve from reuse materials!
